Baseball!!

T-ball was fun this year. Marshall and Kason were on the same team.

Kason hitting the ball...
I like this picture because it shows their personalities. Do you see Kason in the back right not paying attention to the game? And there is Marshall running as fast as he can to tag the guy out, not missing a beat!! So funny!!
TJ was asked to be an assistant coach this year, which was fun for him and the boys! Grandpa also coached them a ton which is probably why they were such an unstoppable force!!
This is what Brig likes to do during the game...swipe everyone's Slurpees!! Sylvie liked digging in all the women's purses to see what treasures she could find. (Sorry no pictures of this.)

For Father's Day this year Summer and I got TJ and Jon tickets to go with their first-born sons, Marshall and Hunter, to an Angels game. I made TJ take the camera to take pics. Unfortunately he didn't take any father and son photos, but here is one of Marshall at his first EVER professional baseball game. They had a blast! Marshall said his favorite part was the Grand Slam!! He also liked the wave, throwing a beach ball around, and the fireworks. He wished he could have caught a ball that got thrown into the stands. Next time!! We will have to make this a Father's Day tradition!

Staying Cool!

The boys just finished their first session of swimming lessons. They have all improved so much since last year. We drove to Henderson because Boulder City won't take all three in the pool at the same time. Henderson splits up the classes which works out perfectly for our family. Also, we are doing swimming lessons with their buddies Hunter and Max which they LOVE. Marshall is in the more advanced class. The boys LOVE swimming lessons and it keeps us busy!!
Kason used to just sit on the edge or on the step. This year he isn't as afraid. He is starting to swim and is comfortable with a kick board or a life jacket in the deep end.
Brigham started out a little scared of the water. This is his first swimming lessons he has ever had!! By the end he was putting his head under water by himself with smiles all around!!
This is Kason's swim class doing the train on the last day!!
During our 1 week break from swimming lessons we are still finding ways to stay cool. We cleaned out our hot tub and thought we could use it as a pool but then we found out it needs ALOT of work:(. Eventually we will get it working!! For now we discovered these AMAZING water spears at the dollar store. The boys LOVE them!! In fact, we just went to the dollar store and bought 15 of them for Marshall's B-day party which is in a couple of weeks!! They are such a hit!!
