Much overdue Post...

Marshall now likes to carry Briggy from his room to mommy and daddy's room when he wakes up in the morning. They both obviously enjoy this new tradition!

The boys have done a few "blogworthy" things lately which I need to tell you about...

1. Marshall likes to "read" paperback novels. He will look at the book for a long time just looking at all of the letters!! Babby kindled this obsession!

2. One day Babby came over and she wasn't feeling good and out of the blue Marshall said he wanted to say a prayer for Babby. He said a sweet prayer!!

3. Kason has started to say "Kindly" in front of words, i.e. "kindly yes", when he is trying to be polite. I'm not sure where he got this from but it is funny!!

4. Whenever Brig gets hurt he will come to you and say "kiss", and once he is kissed he will go back to playing. This is something Marshall did at the same age. It is fun to see the similarities between the two!

Sunday Best Jensen Boys

I just thought they all looked so handsome in their white shirts, so I had to take a picture!!
Yes, I am one of those moms who likes all her boys to match when they go to church!! It is fun!!

Last visit with Uncle Kevin and Aunt Britney

Kevin read to the boys about outer space
and now they can see the planets from their bed! (Thanks Uncle Kevin and Aunt Britney)

Getting wet is so much fun!!

Chasing the birds!!

These pictures sum up the amount of fun they had! When it was time to say good-bye Kason especially had a really hard time. He was really sad and cried because he didn't want to see them go! They are moving to Florida at the end of the month! We have mixed feelings about this. On one hand we are excited to see them go to their dream place, but on the other we are sad they are moving sooo far away!!! The good news is that it is a beautiful place to visit, and you know we will ....ALOT!! We love you guys!!

Multiple Malfunctions

Throughout the past few weeks we have been hit by a whirlwind of mishaps. One after the other we have been bombarded with electronic and mechanical difficulties!

To start the chain of events one of my even tempered sons (who will remain nameless) got frustrated during a computer game on phonics and decided that the best way for the computer to work was to punch the keyboard with his fist. Therefore our laptop is no longer functional; malfunction #1.

The second event happened when I jumped into a pool not realizing that my cel phone was still in my pocket which killed my battery; malfunction #2.

The third, and probably most traumatic is that our air conditioners decided to go on the fritz!! No big deal, it's only about 120 degrees outside!! Thinking we would have to replace the old air conditioner that cools the upstairs was acceptable, but then we found out that due to a manufacturers defect the downstairs air conditioner which is only a couple of years old needs a new compressor! When it rains it pours!!!

There is a light at the end of the tunnel though. We now have a brand new computer which is 20 times faster than the old one, and I have a brand new phone with a Nevada phone number (e-mail me if you want the number)!! Our air conditioner is being fixed and TJ's gracious and giving parents are letting us stay with them until the air is working again!! So, amid all the turmoil there is a silver lining!!!
